A PAIR AND A SPARE: DIY CUT OUT TANK TOP.
  1. Cut the arms off the tee.
  2. Cut the ribbed neckline off. Try on the tee and see if you need to cut a bigger neckhole or armhole. Cut the arm holes to your liking - I made mine quite large but you can make them as big or as small as you like. The bigger the hole the more side boob (naturally!).
  3. Once you are happy with the shape turn the singlet inside out and cut along the shoulder seams of the singlet.
  4. Twist the straps a few times (making sure you do the same number of twists on each side) and then handstitch the shoulder seam back in place. The twist helps to give the singlet more of a feminine shape.
  5.  Finally, wash the shirt in a delicate wash, this should make the edges of the jersey roll over to give the tank a more finished look.
